How Did I Grow Big Arms?
First up you need to realise that your arms are made of several muscle groups, the main two being your bicep and your tricep (see diagram)
Big Biceps
- Outer Biceps Heads
- Inner Bicep Heads
- Brachialis
Huge Triceps
- Outer Triceps Head
- Middle Triceps Head
- Inner Tricep Head
About the Author/My Credentials
When I started bodybuilding back in 1996 I had an 11.5″ arm, most of it Bicep. I thought the biggest I could ever grow was 14″ arms - boy was I ever wrong. When I learned about Triceps my arms gained again to 16″. I was still at school at this time and everyone thought I was the biggest man alive, I had the biggest shirts available and they were still tight on my arms - I thought I was BIG.
When school finished and I got out into the real (weight lifting) world I learned some more - 18″ arms - I still remember the day. I was prouder than a newborn baby’s father.
Over the years since I have learned additional tricks, secrets and just pure knowledge that allowed me to grow and grow - over 20″ of cold hard muscular arms.
Now that I have done it I am going to tell you how to get started on your way - quickly and easily - to gain MASSIVE ARMS.
There are 3 things I am going to ask you to do, and if you do what I tell you then in no time at all you’ll be amazed at the results just like I did.
The results?
What results?
I began to enjoy my life, to be happy. I could get girlfriends. I did not have to listen to anybody because they were bigger than me, people stopped pushing me around, I fought back and beat up the bullies who used to pick on me, I got respect. At 18 years old while most of my friends were working at McDonalds I became a security guard at the most popular nightclubs in town - besides very good pay that also gave me free entry to every club, free drinks, and, of course, free girls. What more could an 18 year old want (legal drinking age in Australia is 18).
Even the teachers at school began to give me more respect and treat me like an adult and not a child anymore.
So what are we waiting for? Lets get down to business
BIG ARMS THE BASICS
First off… What do we mean by Big Arms?
Get a tape measure out and put it around your arm in the manner shown - do this especially if you are skinny, it may be embarrasing to start ith but you will be the only one to know. (Don’t cheat on your arm measurement, you’ll only be cheating yourself out of growth later). You need to measure your arms this so you can tell how fast your arms are growing!
Now write this number down somewhere permanent.
Next write down the measurement you want yoru arms to be, say 15″ for a start, then put this somewhere you will see it everyday. Tape it onto your computer screen or make it the wallpaper for your computer for example. Then spend 5 minutes before training and 5 minutes before bed thinking about what you will do and the things that will happen when you have big arms. Imagine you already have them and girls are coming up to you and talking about your arms, you will find some girls are so shallow that they find Big Arms a turn on - imagine that! Imagine getting a job at the hottest nightclub in town and being treated like a somebody at all the clubs. Spend this small time everyday day dreaming about your new big arms, this will keep you excited about Big Arms and keep you on the program.
Ok, now we know why you want big arms and how big you need to grow them, next we need to know the arms
The arms consist of several muscle groups (grab medical pic from somewhere showing all the muscles) and you are going to need to work all of them. As you can see the Triceps is a lot larger than the Biceps muscles - keep this in mind when you train your triceps and train them harder than your biceps.

Big Bicep Training
First of all we have to get rid of the myth of ‘toning’ by doing reps. We want big arms so we are going to have to work up to big weights. Start with a weight that is heavy for you. The system we are going to use is my personal tried and tested formula of;
1. 3 sets of heavy bar
2. 3 sets of medium dumbell
3. 2 Sets of cable or 21’s for pumping
